Hi, I'm Cam, and I have more than 20 years of experience in the cycling industry as a competitor, guide, instructor, teacher, and mechanic. Bicycles were introduced to me at a very young age through BMX racing before my passion evolved into mountain biking and road cycling in my early twenties. After many years of tinkering with my own race bikes, as well as those of family and friends, I began developing my product knowledge and mechanical skills through industry courses, extensive research, and countless hours of reading. It was all driven by a simple passion for anything with two wheels.

 

That passion eventually led to the launch of Quality Bicycle Servicing (QBS) in late 2019 as a small hobby business. Little did I know at the time that it would grow into a well-known bicycle servicing studio supporting cyclists across the Greater Geelong region during a period when cycling has continued to thrive and grow. While I may be a small operator in a large industry, I differentiate myself by offering premium workmanship, personalised service, competitive pricing, and fast turnaround times to get you back on the road or trail sooner.

 

I specialise in servicing, repairs, cleaning, upgrades, and custom builds across a wide range of bicycles, including mountain bikes, road bikes, e-bikes, BMX bikes, and hybrids. I'm experienced and trained with all major brands, including Shimano, SRAM, RockShox, and FOX, from entry-level components through to the latest high-end electronic drivetrains and suspension systems. If there's something unique or unfamiliar, I'm always happy to do the research and find the best solution for you.
